HAH EMOTIONS

The emotional component of Whole body hyperthermia is very strong and often leads to a complete release of stored and buried emotions. These emotional outbursts are experienced in very gentle form and they regularly melt when the mind is in elevated temperature.

Very often patients can cry over a loss where they had to play the strong, or they can get angry about situations where they tried to hold emotions back. All suppressed and buried emotions are lifted slowly to the surface and released.

For a caregiver it’s often a very easy game to encourage such emotional releases by simply listening to the flow that is triggered by the heat.
