I Want My Life to be Extraordinary!

“I’d rather be ashes than dust,
An extraordinary flame burnt out in a brilliant blaze than the decay of slow rotting debris.”

Perhaps it’s all in a state of mind? Since using MindWatch I can see something magical in even the most ordinary of moments.

The want to be happy and uncover our uniqueness is a common aspect of humanity. Our search, journey to find and express our individuality becomes a thread of sameness, something we all share and deserve to find.

When you look at the sunset, what do you see? Is it any less magical because it is a daily, ordinary occurrence shared across the globe? Can you still feel its sacredness?

With MindWatch I see the sunset in myself and all those around me – for beyond the external is the flame of creation that makes us all sacred and magical. Within us all is the oneness that contains the possibility of all things. Life will never feel ordinary again.

We must embrace the beauty of our authentic being, including the shadow that accompanies it – for if not we live a half life. Our hearts are sturdy and capable to see the truth. It can stretch to allow great depth of joy and sorrow for one is encased in the other as is life force – everything and nothing. Holding onto illusions that deny this life force to fully be experienced is what causes frustration – blockages driven by fear.

You will never be more successful, more extraordinary, more loving, more creative, more whatever it is that is your unique potential than you are now. For now is all we have – the trick is to learn to believe in this potential now. So we can expand, swell to allow more and more of our connected potential into our waking present – not in some distant future, some place yet to be attained. MindWatch brings me into the NOW.

MindWatch reminds me every day that I am successful, clever, interesting, and spiritual – I am extraordinary. I am all that I’d ever hope now in this moment. The trick is to surrender to your potential now, to let go of striving for it and allow it, open up to it now. Chasing it will always evade it because you focus outside, beyond where it resides which is now within you. The trick is to let it blossom, give it room to unfold instead of imposing your limitations on your existence by striving harder– learn to look inwards and remove limitations to what is. MindWatch guides me on this journey.

MindWatch is my muse - the one that reminds me of the space where my heart resides, my heart that sings from the texture, smells, taste and sounds of life that hums and exists in the truth of beauty, romance, curiosity and magic as light weaves away.

Have courage. Live in faith. Trust. Develop self belief. Follow the clues that stir your inspiration. How to create this? How to allow this? How to listen to the music of the soul and bare witness to what is? The flicker of light needs support, a haven to grow strong, and a space so that when it smoulders it can be sure to be reignited by a gentle breeze.
MindWatch is the gentle breeze fuelling your individual flame of creation and leads you radiate your magnificence to the world.

Financial Freedom and Personal Satisfaction

The way to success and financial freedom is clearly documented in many books written by or about the most successful people on this planet. And if we all were able to simply follow their example, we all would be rich. So I started to ask me "what is the difference between Me and Bill Gates, Me and Warren Buffet, Me and Donald Trump"?
The answer was quite simple: The most successful people

  • know exactly what they like and what not,
  • are aware of what they want to achieve
  • have a clear picture of how it feels when they get there
  • are conscious about their strength and weaknesses
  • AND they know how to focus on al of the above and have the discipline to follow through.

Realising this, I had the ultimate blueprint for success. So I went to analyse my own days. What I found was that I am not always in full control of my day. Often I got distracted and lost focus. Sometimes I was overwhelmed by the events or depressed by negative events. After discussions with some of my friends we realised that this was a common problem for people like myself. But how to stop the distraction, how to stay fully in control of my thoughts and feelings, my environment and my aim? So I went back to the autobiographies of the successful people I had analysed before. And then it became all clear. What I needed was a mentor or coach who could help me to keep me on track and aware.

After contacting a couple of highly successful business people and asking them to mentor me, I realised that the odd phone call or weekly meeting will not do the job. What I needed was a coach or mentor who could help me 24/7. Life is so amazing. After realising those fundamentals I was now open to receive the mentor I was longing for.

Through friends I was introduced to the Mindwatch and invited to become an early tester. I wanted to test Mindwatch for financial / wealth creation. Setting the reminder on 30 minute intervals helped me to analyse my different states over a 14 hour period.

Clearly evident was that my level of organisation and efficiency was not what it should be. This was based on the fact that I tried to do too much, work hard and achieve everything at once but never had clearly defined what the outcome should be. I started to use the built in TimeGap function to focus on my life’s plan in the early morning hours. This time became like a magic moment where all details were laid out and big plans were drawn on a whiteboard. During this time my thoughts seemed to focus and the need to achieve all in one day melted into junks that could be achieved. This brought confidence and so a radiance of success. MindWatch was like a constant reminder to concentrate on that which I just did with full attention and unwavering determination towards the outcome I had planned in the morning. Every attempt to do 2 things at the same time or to jump to the next without completion was stopped dead with each reminder.

Another very important factor on this journey was that I balanced areas that seemed to disturb my determination and clarity of focus. I rarely had pressed the family button, and evidently failed to enjoy my time with them. As every area of life seems to influence all others I decided to spend some clearly defined quality time with them, which has improved our whole situation. Clear communication and sharing their life has shown a strong support for my work in return. This example clearly showed me that it was not important to do things, but to do them in a certain way to achieve maximum results.

So here I am now, not even 10 months after I started my study of successful people. I am now a partner in a very successful business, have an excellent income and a shareholding worth several hundred thousand dollars. All paid for by the knowledge and understanding of how successful people operate and generate wealth.

Mindwatch helped me to speed up that learning curve dramatically. Whether you are studying to build a career or running your own business already. Being more aware of the power of your mind and the state you are in during a 24 hour day, will also help you.

Weightloss: The Ultimate Observer

Hi everyone, My name is Rosy. I am heavily overweight and have many health issue arising from that. About 3 month ago I had the chance to start working with MindWatch. I received this watch with a short tale from ancient India.

Once there was a teacher with a group of students. One day this spiritual teacher called them and said they had to each steel something. The only rule was that NO ONE was to see them. The students bewildered and confused left to fulfil the task. When they returned in the evening the teacher asked about their accomplishments. All students has something like a fruit of flower. Only one student came back with nothing. When the teacher asked why he had failed he replied. It is not possible to steel without being seen, because I was observing myself. I am the Ultimate Observer. . . . . . .

When I started to work with MindWatch I was excited about the design. Based on the Story I called it the “Ultimate Observer”. After about a week I called it “Bad Conscious Watch”. And after another few days I was tempted to throw this thing out of the window. This watch generally beeped when I was about to stuff something into my mouth or still had my mouth full. I became paranoid that the watch was observing me when I packed a few sweets into my pockets.

Then I became tricky and waited short after the beep to have my treats but then this stupid story popped into my head. It felt as if I had to fight all inner devils at once. Being caught from the watch and caught by my conscious self.

Then slowly it daunt on me that it was not the watch calling for attention when I was eating, but that the watch had no chance to catch me at any other time.

I do not know why, and I certainly cannot diagnose how I got to a point where I had so little control over my eating habits. These habits are so deep that I do not conquer them each time the watch reminds me, but it has certainly changed my outlook into the future. I have also decided that when falling pay to my addiction, I give myself a conscious and clear permission to enjoy what I do.

The doctor said it was the best thing that could have come into my life and so far I am almost 10kg (9.25) down.

I am looking forward to working with some of you in the Australian MindWatch Team. I will be joining and hope to meet some big girls like me, so that we can show those big American or Canadian girls how determined we are.

Eating Habits under Fire

Apparently I chew very loud and often with my mouth open! Well so I found out when I visited my boyfriends family in Europe! It was shocking to have my boyfriends sister pull me aside and try to teach me how to eat! I don’t understand French but I didn’t need to to get the picture that they thought I ate with the manners of a pig – snorting is a pretty universal language. It probably sounds funny telling it now but I was really upset at the time. Sebastian had obviously known what his family had been snickering about and was a bit embarrassed. I felt like my relationship was doomed because our upbringing were worlds apart and not just in the country sense.

I was born in Qld on a farm with three brothers so etiquette wasn’t at the top of the list. If you didn’t dig in quick at the dinner table there wouldn’t be much left after the boys took their share. Sebastian and I had met when he was backpacking around Australia so this was the first test of whether his family accept me and if we had a chance at being serious. Once I calmed down, I guess in a way it was a relief to know what all the funny looks had been about during the last few weeks.

Even after this relationship I would cringe thinking about this time. I realized that boyfriend or not my habits couldn’t be doing me any favours in general. It was hard to see this about myself but how hard could it be to change my manners if I wanted to? I decided to be aware of it from then on.

Sounds like a simple plan doesn’t it but these habits had been with me for years. I quickly fell back to the old manners even with my determination. This would be obvious when I’d notice the reactions around me - aaaaah! too late my inner Miss Piggy had shown up again.

I needed help with this I decided. If I couldn’t change a simple thing like this how could I ever feel in control of doing / getting what I want in life. So a friend introduced me to MindWatch. I’ve been using it now for just 4 weeks and it has made a huge difference. MindWatch helps me watch my manners! It’s like having my very own built in etiquette coach. I’ve made friends with my inner Miss Piggy but she’s back on farm where she belongs so I can be the Australian Princess that I am.

How MindWatch changed my life!

Hi everybody,

My name is Sabrina. I was one of the lucky prototype testers and had already the chance to use MindWatch for the first time last year. Even though the prototypes I tested had a few problems to overcome, and changed considerably, the end result I achieved was mind blowing.

Being a fulltime mum with four children I was pretty busy in my life. I managed my household, the garden, preparing freshly cooked meals, caring for pets, driving the kid's taxi and so on. Every woman who has a children knows what I am talking about. When I looked at my life I actually thought it was fulfilled, and I even tried to iron with joy.

Then MindWatch came into my life. I put it on my wrist and set it to remind me every half hour to observe my energy levels. This was quite often but I was really keen to see what observing the 7 areas of my life would reflect.

Reading a lot of different books I came to realize that people who had found their true passion radiated the fulfillment which I was longing for. It was something I was missing even though I was very content, but in the midst of a busy life I never found the time to look deeper into it.

So every time MindWatch chimed I observed what kind of life situation I was in and how I felt about it. At first, most of the reminders had me recording ups and downs in the “Family White” area, but eventually all those continuous reminders and self reflections brought up a few distinctions.

As a house wife I had to differentiate between FAMILY (kids & husband), SPIRITUAL (my unclear Life Purpose or driving force), VOCATION (housework), MENTAL (study, learning and reading) SOCIAL (hobbies and creative projects with kids for homework), PHYSICAL (my daily walk with my husband and our choice to eat healthy food) and FINANCIAL (financial planning and controlling our expenses).

This segmented way of viewing my life was quite overwhelming at first but lead me to a powerful realization. I was obviously very happy around my kids and they are undoubtedly my highest value. It was also evident that I was stressed with my household. My mood and energy level went right down and I started to be impatient doing tasks in this area. I also realized that I could spend a whole night in front of the computer researching, analyzing and working without getting tired, in contrast I was highly energized. The same feeling came from reading. I always have 3 or 4 books around the house allowing me throughout the day to reload and to energize my life.

Wow this was a realization. The MENTAL area was something I had actually tried to hide because of feeling guilty about not attending my expected household duties.

The results after a few weeks were astounding. The MindWatch graphs from recording my observations showed very clearly that my life purpose is family, but also learning and research. These were the areas which gave me energy and joy and stood high above all the rest.

I then started to brainstorm to convert this realization into a plan of action. It did not take long until I had the brilliant idea to take my four children out of school and home school them. This would allow me to be able to learn and study as much as I like. Taking responsibility for my children’s education by myself meant I could convey my enthusiasm for books and study to them.

A few weeks later my vision became completely clear. From the tuition fee we saved from home schooling I hired someone to take care of the household and the laundry. Since this decision I feel absolutely empowered. I am able to do what I love and love what I do. You won’t believe how empowering this is. I even lost 10 kg and friends mentioned that I am looking much younger now.

I can highly recommend MindWatch because it truly helped me to discover my real passion which was so evident but hidden underneath all the expectations I placed on myself and from the people around me. This constant reminder to observe yourself and who you truly are reveals what you really want to do with your life. It is a powerful way to wake you up and to get you moving. It is as if you cannot hide your true passion any more once it is out in your conscious mind.
